Shipping Policy

Transit Time: Our Standard shipping time is 5 to 8 business days (Mon to Sat)
Processing Time: Order processing time is 1 to 2 business days (Mon to Sat).
Order Cut-off Time: Order placed before 4 PM on business days (Mon to Sat) will be processed and shipped the next day. Order placed after 4 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Tax: A flat £15 shipping tax will be applied to all orders at checkout. This tax helps us cover the cost of providing high-quality shipping services.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation Email containing a tracking number. Use that tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. Pease allow a few hours for the order tracking information to be updated on the system.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your order contact our customer support team at help@satchelsaga.shop. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it an issue a refund. If the order has already been processed, we not be able to cancel it, but we can guide you from the return process.

Incorrect Address: It is customers responsibility to provide accurate shipping Information. Before finalizing your order, double-check the shipping address to ensure accuracy. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect address.
Address Changing: If you want to make changes in the shipping address after placing an order, contact our customer support team at help@satchelsaga.shop as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or undelivered address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
